Fireships, where are they?

Here's an idea. Convert sloops and maybe brigs to fireships. We've all seen sloops get very close to ships of the line and explode taking with them the capital ship right? Why not simply give the player the option to 'convert' a sloop or two into fireships during a naval battle? The AI scrips is more or less there either intentionally or unintentionally.

There's the solution to CA's dilemma about light ships during naval battles! Well within both ETW's and NTW's era, it opens new gameplay tactics and it's almost there with respect to code from what I can assume after hundreds of naval battles and observing small ship behaviour.

    Your thoughts?

An older idea on the table since ETW!

But nonetheless interesting and giving one more strategic choice for the would be admirals. A great way to counter uper Tier battleships with lower Tier ones and a fantastic way to break up enemy ship of the line formation is disaray (MP & SP games)

PS: My avatar (oil painting of Niciphorous Lytras) is the succesfull fireship attack (10/1822) of Kanaris and Pipinos off the greek island of Chios against the flagship of Kara Ali during the Greek war of independence.
