    Default Unit selection

When the situation arises that one player in a multiplayer duel has the imperial version of the game with the elite units and the opponent has the regular version without the elite units. Do both players get to pick from the same unit pool as the host computer or will one player be able to field elite troops and the other unable to do so cause he has the regular version of the game.

If the latter is true then it would give anyone that digs out more money to have an unfair advantage and basicaly forces you to buy every DLC to stay on top of your game.

You need to buy them to use them and players who buy them can use them against players that don't have them.

Keep in mind you can only recruit those special troops once.
And theyre not ridiculously better than the normal ones, just maybe 1-2 stats better or +5 more accuracy.

I bought mine regular price from gamestop so i have all 15.

Scots grey's are a steam pre-order unit indeed. I'm glad the extra units aren't really overpowered since I got a much better deal for the basic version of NTW

Most of them aren't that overpowered, but some definitely fill a badly needed niche in their respective army rosters. I'm thinking mainly of Austria, who definitely have something to gain from the 1st and 47th Regiments, seeing as they otherwise have no guard infantry.
