My budget is around $1000
Prerequisites: Radeon 5850, i7 860, Windows 7 64.
I need to know what kind of power supply and various other components I'd need.

It would probably cost a little bit more than $1000A to get a computer like that but this is what I got up on Newegg.

CPU - Intel Core i7 860

GPU - Gigabyte ATi Radeon HD5850

Case - Gigabyte yadadadada black case

PSU - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W

Motherboard - ASUS P7P55D

RAM - 6GB Kingston 240-pin DDR3

HDD - Seagate Barracuda LP ST31000520AS 1TB

That ram is not suitable for that system, the Core i7 800's, Core i5 700's etc don't have support for triple channel ram only dual channel you need to look at buying 4gb DDR3 as you getting matching pairs of 2gb's sticks to run in dual channel.
