buy a new one.
since we don't know if the motherboard could be used, by a ''outadated chip'' since the core duos are these now. and with the change in the motherboard the memory would change as well. and the graphics card should be changed, its five models behind anything nvidia has to offer. the power supply unit might be reusable but, there are many that are more energy efficient. basically we can use the dvd drive.
not trying to be rude
as a ps give me a budget and I put something good for you. building a pc is not rocket science, pretty easy thing to do.
