Default A question on British gun carriages

Could anyone indulge this conscientious objector on the subject of the British gun carriages portrayed in NappyTW?
Is the carriage based on the Gribeauval or Congreve system? And is it in the correct blue-ish grey colour?

    Does it actually matter though?

it stirs up the white-waved sea.

by the fierce warriors of Lothlind.

Yes, it matters. Namely, to me. Is it it important? Probably not. I'd still quite like to know.
