How to share a replay?

I would like to send a saved replay to the person who beat me in a close game. Where do I find the file? Can I send it to someone via Steam? What is the best way to upload it?

In Vista its, C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\replays


As for sending it idk, email or a site were you can upload files would work I don't know if you can send it with steam.

I went to C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\ but for some reason there was no Napoleon folder. Anyone have any clue?

Do you have all files and folders unhid?
Do you have administrator rights to the folder?
Have checked your security permissions?
