    Default Key Card destroyed!

    Hey guys,

Got Napoleon: TW Limited Edition from GameStop last week. Tried peeling key code off of paper disc case so I could put it on the manual. Rip! I kept on peeling thinking that I could try to fix it with tape later. It only made matters worse! My key code was destroyed by accident!

I need a replacement key code so I went to SEGA support and I told them my problem. It's been 4 days and they haven't responded yet. What should i do?

If yr game is the same as mine you don't peel anything!
It's like a scratch card you do it with yr nail or coin...
So the bit you peeled off may well have yr code on it

I was being stupid. The key card was on a paper disc holder that the people at GameStop gave me after I bought the game. I tried to peel it off and ruined the whole thing. Kinda silly of me...

Well, I contacted SEGA support again yesterday. No one's responded. I thought they would contact me back within 15 minutes! I know that this whole ordeal was my fault but I think that it's only right if SEGA helps me out.

15 minutes? Try a couple of days and don't count weekends.

Okay, they finally replied! I'm installing it now but I'm getting this error from Steam saying "The Steam Servers are too busy to handle your request." I keep trying to reinstall it but it just keeps getting the same error.

Change servers. It's been doing that since the game was released.
