Problem with Lcd Dell Monitor

im having a problem with my monitor these clear lines are on my screen and thye are horizantel

my intel graphics card is updated what do i do? and sometimes it goes really crazy and starts flickering and a balck bar appears on the side of my screen and then it goes away

Try the screen on another computer, that will tell you if it's the monitor or your graphics card.

So your talking about a laptop monitor rather than a regular Dell monitor?

regular dell monitor its prettry big and its connected to a desktop

i think its lcd but i dont know

The cable that connects the monitor to your computer has to be plugged into another computer.

Yeah, try it on another PC and if it works fine it means it's another part in your computer, most likely your video card. If it doesn't work it means it's your monitor
