grenadiers

This might be a stupid question, but how do you get grenadiers to throw grenades? I haven't seen them do it once in my campaign?

not stupid. I can't get them to do squat either.

Click grenades click on enemy regiment you want them to throw grenades on. Be careful sometimes grenades bounce off the heads of troops infront of troops in the back two rows of grenadiers... quite comical sometimes.

It works as the javelins of the romen legionaires, click once, they'll make ready, get their grenades and throw them. It all takes quite alot of time and they'll get shot

Thanks. but the grenade button is a toggle... and it says something about "toggle advanced grenades" some something like that. Can you explain in detail. Sorry for the total noobishness of this, I'm not lazy just confused.

Hi there.
Now that is quite simple. Military Syllabus tech is reguired to train the Grenadiers, but the Improved Grenades tech is required to have them armed with those grenades.

Hi, thanks for the help but you may have misunderstood. I am not in a campaign just a play battle and cannot figure out how to make them do what they should. A simple walk through maybe?

I knopw this is really noobish, but it seems straight forward but I can't get it.
