Sorrry about this but my other thread was closed. Can anyone tell me who big ur town has to be before u can builfd an imperial palace?? Also in which provinces u have to build it, is it just in the italian ones???

One other thing- is it true tht if iu cgeat, the reforms cnt happen
i have only cheated once for money and then i minused it(as if i had
borrowed it)- i have always played with the house

The city needs a population of 24000 to build an Imperial Palace, and this has to be done in all Italian cities, aswell as all the starting provinces of Carthage. In some provinces, Carthage already has Royal Palaces, these are equivalent to Imperial ones.
And yes, cheats *may* corrupt your campaign and hinder reforms.

I have like three or four cities in italy with over 24000 and i cant build the palaces. it doesnt even show up as buildable options. I have one built, yet the others cant be upgraded apparently.

You need to upgrade the marketplace aswell to the highest level possible (the one before curia), name eludes me now.
