    Icon9 DVD and CD drivers

Hey im in desperate need of help here, first off my DVD-ROM doesnt read any discs what so ever, the story is long so bear with me please, Everything was fine at first, i have windows vista ultimate and everything worked fine, at one point i downloaded an installed daemon, everything worked fine for a long time, but the problem started recently:
At first i had 2 drivers apear in my pc, the normal one that was (E:) i believe and the one for daemon (D:). Im not sure of the whole facts but i wanted to burn a iso into a DVD, but the iso was to big so i burned it to a double cape dvd but then after i burned it a new driver opened an "HD DVD-ROM (f:)" it wierded me out, i dont know where it came from so i ignored it, it didnt affect my PC at the moment, but at some point the original driver (that i believe was (E:)) dissapeared and the only 2 that stayed are (D:)(daemon) and(F:)(HD DVD_ROM) and now my PC doesnt recognize CD's DVD's or game CD's, is there any solution???

Also my friend wanted to install RTW on his dell laptop, it has windows 7 professional, everything seemed to work fine in the menu, but when he got into any kind of battle his mouse pointer moves sluggish and slow (not jerky, though sometimes it does) making the game really unplayable is there any way around this?

You'll need to uninstall whatever it is that "Daemon" put on your computer (never use that kind of software, only causes problems and it is unnecessary) I can't tell you how to fix it since I don't know what it installed, but as a first step you could delete this "daemon" from your computer.

As far as your friends problem... his laptop isn't powerful enough to run the game at the settings he chose (or maby not powerful enough to run the game at all).
