    Default I have all required hardware, but performance is poor

    My computer's hardware is more than enough for Empire: Total War to run a full high settings; yet it runs at a slow frame rate, and medium graphics. What do I have to do for my game to work at high if not perfect performance.

    My hardware:
    AMD Phenom li x 4 925 quad core processor
    8GB ram
    ATI Radeon HD 4150 1024 MB video card

    i suspect he meant a 4850. to op goto the sticky thread where u will find info on changing drivers and using 9.6 for 4000 series cards...
