    Does anyone have this issue?

    These are my specs:

    Quad Core (Intel) Q6600 (2.4GHz)
    Nvidia GeForce 8800GT (512mb)
    4GB Ram
    Windows Vista Home Premium

    I have this issue with videos from Rome:Total War, when you capture a world wonder for example.

    Yes I have and I have a very good rig and its running Napoleon really smoothly almost totally maxed but I do find that slows it right down it’s the worst thing in the game.

    Glad (well, saddened) that someone else is at least having the same issues.

    The game is Quad-core optimized I believe this time around, I just have no idea on what is causing it.
