Generals camera?

Is there some way to enable this as in the old TW games?

Yes, you can set it in your preferences script file. I am using it now. It is called "Debug Camera".

I'm glad i found this little thread. Leading a battle while locked to the general cam is at least double the challenge, gives you a feel for what it was really like to a degree, really so if the weather is bad. Can also turn off the mini map as well.
