CTD Exterminate Population

Hello i was playing as the Roman Republic then i conquered a greek city,when i put exterminate population when i conquered the city i got a CTD whats the problem?

I dont think so. If you really wnat to continue your campaign, you might have to retreat from the battle instead of fighting it. This will allow you to continue at least.

I just press Esc and save my game before I press the settlement options, never crashed for me.
