I've fallen in love!

Oh my Total War God, Napoleon is awesome! All those little features and eye candy's... the sandstorms, the heat waves, autumn, summer, winter, spring... it's beautiful, and the music is much beter than i Empire! This is what Empire should've been.

If I was gay I would marry that bastard Kieran right away...

As good as it is to see everyone posting their praises, i think there should be a stickied 'NTW Praise' thread to go alongisde the NTW rants thread

It seems this game excells in every way possible i agree with this post.

Im uploading many videos of this title soon in full HD 1080P be sure to check it out when i start the thread.

Upto now i have 2 full custom battle videos showing some amazing epic battles.

One of the weirdest things, though, is that Napoelon has much better graphics than Empire, yet at the same time it runs MUCH better! It's just win win!

Ya i love that it runs smoother, in empire i had to run everything in med, and in Napoleon i can run everything in high and it looks so sexy haha. Loving this damn game.

Is it really much better than Empire? How is the music better? Is that annoying Warpath menu screen still present? (all the brown).

Are you saying it is better optimised than Empire? Makes better use or uses less system resources? Have you experienced CTD and other problems similar to the ones that plague Empire at release?

I'm saying that the music really fits the era, so it feels much more right. Plus, it is rather epic

Im also saying that the graphics are improved, and I mean IMPROVED! I'm also saying that even though the graphics are better, it lags much less as well!

+ I havent had one crash or error in my 6+ hour of play

The AI is smart now. No CTDs.

Graphics are better, campaign map is flat out awesome, season changes and fog rolling over the mountains. Main characters have their own models on the strat map. Music is haunting, vocals.

Watching lines get hammered by arty is a treat...lol.

The game just has an 'atmosphere' about it, that ETW was totally lacking. Tech-wise the game seems very stable, far from what ETW was on release.

BAI is better, CAI seems more aggro.

Better all around.

Attrition / Supply system are welcome changes. Great units, etc..

Very addictive, at least at this early stage...

They took that screen away from normal Empire, I believe.

Yeah I have not experienced any CTD's or bugs at all. The game looks better and it just seems to run more smoothly. I am not sure if it uses less system resources or not.
