I was wondering if anyone could explain, how to add an admiralty to a large city which lacks an admiralty?
What specificly I want to do, is to add an admiralty to Copenhagen.

If you want to do it your self follow this tutorial. You'll follow the same procedure but for one slot only. If you want to find it ready, just download the SoD mod and use the startpos and regions esf files where I've done this already. BTW it is complete Denmark mod with many futures.
