    I would love to see a mod that has the old ETW map. that way it would be NTW world wide. the map they have now is not the best

    I would like to see a mod which reduces the spy spawnrate, cause in late game they are really to much and all my generals will be assasinated. I know that the Nap Remix Mod 0.4 has that feature, but i like the vannilla version and i want just to change that. I think that is a bigger problem, so will be sure much people which want this.

    The new rifles, yes, at last they have rifles.
    Unfortunately, they all seem to be breech loaders. Is there a mod out or in development, to fix this?
    If not why not?

    sorry, You are correct about going to 1700, I was thinking of ETW which you can change and gives you a very long game without problems. I have played DMUC from 1500 to 1799 without real problems.
    Try only going back a few years and the game may then be OK once it goes into the correct timeline.

    My perfect mod request:

    Tighter Formations
    Bigger Unit Sizes
    Increased Range and lower accuracy (but closer the accuracy is better)
    Battle Flags that are Historically Correct
    British Grenadiers Drum Cadence
    Two rank fire (not three!)

    A way to remove the 'assassinate' ability of spies and lower their spawning to 1 or 2 per faction maximum.

    hi,

    we need a mod like darthmod!
    more realism, better smoke, better battles......... i think the graphic of this game is just tooooo beautiful... i liked ETW better.

    we need a mod that combines some historic features of the units, graphic - realism, battle - realism and sound realism!

    it there anything out yet....??.... like darthmod??

    He said he would not move to NTW until mod tools were released. And from what he saus in the ETW DM forum he is in no hurry to mod NTW.

    SOME EXTRA CLARIFICATIONS
    I say above that I will not buy this game unless there are released mod tools (official or unofficial). DBEditor is an unofficial tool and of course that means it is enough for me to mod the game and offer a DarthMod. I hope there will be at least one DBEditor. Also, the difficulty testings in the screenshots were Normal/Normal. Although, I did test the higher variations and have concluded that Very Hard/Very Hard settings are again handicapping the AI too much.

    A bit more smoke would be very nice, especially from cannons. We were a bit duped there. Most of this 'confusing smoke' was fog and dust, wich is cool ofcourse anyway, but I expected more smoke
