Normally I don't let the intro have any bearing on my judgement of a game, but I just wanted to mention how impressive NTW's is. Towards the end, when they zoom in on Napoleon, it is virtually photorealistic, and you can see every pore and blackhead on his face.
I called my wife in (a definite non-gamer) to look at it I was so impressed.

Sadly I can't make it through the intro without skipping it; the video still does the skipping thing that ETW did (probably some issue with a codec or some such) so I end up having to hit ESC and just get on with playing.

For like 11 months after ETWs release i was playing it on a rubbish laptop, then not too long ago i managed to get a friend of the family to build me a gaming computer and for the first time i was able to watch the intro video of ETW without it skipping... 2 seconds in i got too impatient and skipped anyway hahaha.
