    Default Advice with Purchase

So, I won about two thousand or so dollars in a local lottery and I am now shopping for a new computer. Do you people think this computer here would be able to run NTW (and other high graphics games) with everything enabled and fairly well at that?

There was one that was slightly better but it has gone the road of sold-out.

I made the mistake of purchasing a Dell a long time ago and I look forward to being rid of the damned thing.

The grahpics card isn't the best (i would get a new Radeon, say 5870) but you would be able to run everything on max settings and get a good frame rate.
Oh no the picture of my dog disappeared!

All of the parts are good except for the GPU isn't the best but it will run most games on max settings so it's a fine card. Just you may need to upgrade that before you upgrade anything else.

Awww heall yeah. Thanks guys. I'll rep you both up for that. I've got a bunch of nice accessories for it as well, surround sound speakers and a 22 inch 1080p HD monitor.

I love the line on the description that says "Future proof" What kind of idiot wrote that up. The product description as a whole was exaggerated and untrue in several points.

A GTS250 is a good card.... but it's performance depends on the resolution you play your games at. It wouldn't cut it for 1680x1050+ resolution gaming at max settings, so if you have a 1920x1080 screen... I wouldn't even consider that build. Although then again you have free money...... lol

Yeah, at low res it would do pretty well but once you put it high it will start lagging.

You're still flushing a good $250 (above what the parts are worth) down the drain but it's your money
