Steam issue....

So this is nice. Everytime i hit shift+tab my game crashes....

Also, i cant seem to update my graphical options. Everytime i try to the game loads and halfway through it the screen goes "black"....

Am using steam beta.

also, how do i check integrity with steam?

edit: sometimes i can get in a game...but then the entire UI is mising...so im forced to ctrl+alt+del....
edit 2: scratch the ui, it was toggled off somehow. Now the UI is flickering...along with everything else if i move the camera around.

checking the integrity of the game is a simple process, go to the my games section of steam, right click in NTW, properties, now hit the tab local files, the option for check the integrity of game cache is there.

Now it occurred to me something have you have activated AA in the ATI panel? Also remember that you can't use SSAO with AA.

Other thing to try, delete the script folder
press windows key+r then type %appdata% go for the creative assembly folder>ntw>script delete all the contents.

Hmm i do believe turning off AA did the trick...didnt know that would be a problem

The AA was not configured in the catalyst center, that was probably the thing

I had the same problem as this guy, but now the game glitches out right when it reaches the start menu. What do I do. I don't know where to turn off the AA.

Open Catalyst Control Panel. It's in there.

Just want to say, I had issues with the campaign map not showing up, and the splash screen that they use for "Loading" (you know, a nice picture with a quote?) would stay up and overlay the map, with the game GUI visible and usable. Going into the Catalyst Control Center and setting Anti-Aliasing to "Application Managed" fixed the issue.
