'Wrong disc inserted'

I installed and patched Kingdoms up to the latest level, then applied both halves of the SS installation, 6.1 and 6.2.

When I try to start with the Kingdoms disc in the drive, it claims 'wrong disc inserted'.

Please most likely post this to the Medieval II: Total War Technical Help subforum, as the reason (probably) is not SS's.

i had the same thing. it isnt due to SS as i had the problem with Rusichi. sadly the only way i could get around it was to buy the 'gold edition' where both kingdoms and medieval are on the same on the same disc.

Much possible... At least try to turn UAC (User Account Control) off.
