They made quite a big fuss about some of the special units with ETW. Especially when it came to the special editions of the game, for which you got three different units depending where you ordered (Dead Head Hussars in the UK version, Amazons in the german version and the USS Constitution in the US version).

But what about NTW? Do we get some special units, like the HMS Victory? Can we play them in custom battle, only on the campaign...or are they missing? Maybe CA is planning to release them with DLCs, but I don't hope so.

Thanks in advance for the answers.

They Royal Scots Grays & the other units from the Steam Imperial Edition were available in the custom battle menu when I took a look.
I know there were some other units that were available from other retailers... Grand Battery of the Convention comes to mind. No idea about them as they weren't included in my package, but I would presume they would also be the same; ie available in the custom battles.
    Still playing Napoleon:TW

All available in campaign, usually with top tier barracks.
