I want to use, but since there isn't a NTW Mod Manager it looks like I will have to wait because it doesn't work manually.

yes u right ! but its possible 2 install it manualy using "user.empire.scrip.txt" (file for empire tw i think we can make analogue of it for napoleon TW but problem is - i dont know whats the real name of this pack and i cant run it in the game
maybe someone can help us

i think all who cant use pack file manager have same problem.... Because no such program as mod manager (for empire tw) 2 activate ur mod in napoleon tw

Also have a search for a file called:
user.napoleon_script
or something like that if you find it, add the line:
mod NTF.pack;

Here is a Patch.pack version which should work with no file editing:

Yeah i have tried it but i do not see ant changes on acount of your mod being a mod_pack and not a patch pack. can you convert it to a patch pack untill they bring out MM for NTW.. they do look famntastic those flags.

Just tried this mod... err but still have the same vanilla flages. If it a mod pack then it wont work as i do not have mm for NTW. i dont know if MM from empire will also work in NTW? i am running to other mods but both of those are patch_pack. Does anyone know if Empire MM works or not with NTW?

no i tried my best but mod manager only for empire(((((((

There is now a patch version posted,but to change it use the pack file manager,open the file and choose to change file type,save the file in the respective folder and you are done

I have some pack manager, but I can't find where to change file type :S and what file type am I supposed to save it as? a .patch file or what?

what file type? boot,release,patch or mod?

Gary, have you tried the actual Patch pack I have uploaded? changing the 'mod' to 'patch' on packfile manager can result in wiping the actual flags.

Also, this is getting confusing....

The file I want people to try is the NTF patch. Link is on the first post now.

ok this is the patch i dl from the first post... French does not apear and the austrian look odd... will have another go...

ok i have just tried the patch taken from here NTF Patch below but i get the same results, the french flag is still vanilla and the austrians are as in the pic above

The Austrian flag looks fine and the rest too on mine just the new French flag is the only one that isn't working

Ok the same thing happens with all the flags they do apear but i get a funnt black border, i dont know what could be causing this... any ideas/
