Having issues with Napoleon

The game is currently unplayable for me. From the Sega screen onward, I experience flickering, horizontal black lines and sometimes the whole bottom half of the screen is black. I have no issues running Empire.

I have tried rolling back my drivers (from 10.2 to 10.1) with no success. I would really prefer not to go back any further.

My system specs are:
-AMD Phenom 9850 CPU
-ATI 5870 GPU
-8GB DDR2 RAM
-ASUS M3A32 MVP Deluxe MOBO
-1050W Enermax PSU
-Windows 7 64bit

Going to try to get some pics up of of what I am experiencing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well its bad on both side, iv got an new GTX 260 Nividia and i cant even see the guns or cannons nor the forts. For us to have to roll back to stone age drivers is not the way to go, on CA part any way. Its CA fixings that need to be done about ATI and Nividia Cards. Im done with CA and ETW for now. Just way to much BS on AI and just getting the game to work Realy like the games they did as many do, but im not alone on this.

I highly doubt it is my monitor as it is working fine with other games. As far as drivers go, I don't feel I should have to go so far back as to decrease performance with other games to play this one. ETW runs great currently, but NTW won't work without the flickering and black lines/half black screen.

See if you have the AA enable in your catalist interface,if you have , change to control by application.
