artillery barrage

Any idea what the "barrage" ability does associated with cannons? I don't notice any difference in rate of fire or anything else for that matter.

huh-it was supposed to increase rate of fire w/less accuracy at targeted area. Apparently there needs to be some fixing perhaps eh?

indeed I did not see anything different either,although I suspect it might be a touch better with a proper battery(being 8 pieces)

Does it make all cannons fire at once instead of some being slightly slower then others in Empire?

I tried looking at this, I noticed nothing different in the synchronization of firing either. I guess it is simply broken at the moment.

Inspire from a general doesn't appear to do much either and they seem to be the same feature.
