    Default Trouble with 4TPY script

    This morning I loaded up my Roman campaign and found I couldn't activate the script by clicking the show me how button on the advisor. Its not because it is greyed out and unclickable, its because when you click on the portrait to clear the advisor speech, the advisor is disappearing and sliding away. It never did this before and I am unable to click the show me how button.

    I've always been able to activate the script, and now I can't and I don't know how to fix it, otherwise I'm going to have to continue this campaign with only 2TPY, which would be really annoying.

    I've attached a copy of my saved game. Its only early into the campaign so it doesn't bother me too much if I have to restart it.

    4 Turn per year is on by default in extended realism. Is that the mod you are playing?

    Right. HoH coded an auto-start for us.

    I can think of two different problems you might be having. In any case, the easiest way is to restart in the following manner:
    1) Launch the game normally.
    2) Start a campaign normally.
    3) When the game loads up, click on a city. Just one click, please.
    4) Don't do anything for a couple of seconds. You should see the advisor pop up and then disappear. At that point, the script has been initiated and will operate normally. If the advisor pops up and stays up, click on the face and it'll disappear.
    5) Do this whenever you reload a game, too.

    You'll be able to tell if it's worked once you hit end turn, but it really should be fine.

    Okay for some reason it is working now. Before it wasn't and was 2tpy.
