Freeze when eliminating Lithuania.

So, I started a campaign as Novgorod and Lithuania declared war on me.
Now, I'm on the last turn of the siege of Riga, their last settlement.
But after I've won the battle and click 'occupy settlement' the game freezes.

Anyone else had this bug? And if yes, how do I fix it?

They horde, that will take some time, sometimes it takes a lot of time, please be patient and wait it out.
