WE WANT MUSIC!

I did a thread on this before and it was generally not read or responded to although we got some good songs. I'm asking again for music for the campaign map. We have a load of good music but we could do with more. Posting Youtube videos or sending me mp3 files is ideal. We are most lacking in good Slavic, Moorish and middle-eastern music especially medieval Persian music.

For Slavic music, check out Stary Olsa and Osimira. Both have music you can download from their sites. If you want Slavonic church music, I'll see if I can lay my hands on some.

edit: Do you want ecclesiastical music?

Yes please. Some of the music is pagan, some christian, some Islamic, some cinematic and some not technically historically accurate but fitting to the game. Just post it up if you think it would work.

Can you be more specific with what you're after? How long you want the church songs to be, do you have any particular 'mood' in mind for them?

Here are three quite different tracks that will probably feature as campaign music. The intro in the Byzantine one will be cut out though. You will note that the top and bottom ones are modern songs but have a definite medieval feel so not all the music is technically 100% historically accurate. For the campaign map I am looking for music that gives a feel of the times and the faction that is being played. I would like to avoid music that is too chaotic for the campaign map. It doesn't matter how long the songs are. If they are good they will probably go in. There is no particular 'mood' I am after because peoples' moods were inconstant and so it therefore follows that the mood for the campaign map should probably be inconstant too. The campaign music is supposed to be representative of many aspects of life at the time and not solely have a military or ecclesiastical theme.
