Default I'm pretty sure something is wrong with my PC

I listen to music over the internet. For some reason the player the station uses doesn't work on my pc anymore.

    I can listen from work.

I can listen to other stations, etc (so it's not hardware)

The station is Smooth Jazz 105.9

I've scanned my pc multiple times (AVG & Yahoo anti-spy) but I just can't get it to work.

I've sent an email to their technical support but it's been more than a week and I haven't heard anything.

Is there anything I can try that could fix this?

Depends what you mean by doesn't work.

Does the page load, or does it only partially load - or does it appear to work perfectly minus the audio? Try it in a different browser perhaps.

In saying that, I cant get it to play either regardless of what browser i use - does it only broadcast at certain times of day maybe?

    Works perfectly minus the audio.

I spoke to someone from Citadel he said maybe I need to update Windows Media Player...will try that when I get home.

Nope, it broadcasts 24/7 commercial free...or it's supposed to...

If you manage to get it to play please tell me what you did...

I wouldnt think that would be the problem, if one of the stations work youd think they would all work. To me the only thing that makes sense is a problem on their end.

Either that or we're both somehow using incompatible versions of media player.. personally im just using whatever version came with windows 7.

Sounds like you need to update Java failing that use Windows restore and set you PC back to when there wasn't a problem.
