I'm having the same reaction. They look very nice, but not really any better than ETW. Hopefully NTW will be superior in other ways, but if these screenshots are any indication, the graphics are very similar.

It looks like it's on low or medium. There are plenty of other videos and screenshots if you want to see the difference between NTW and ETW in graphics.

I would trust the Regular Pictures before a CA picture. Sorry but CA is all well to known for Photshoping the Pictures they release. Which is why they don't release a whole lot of them.

What? Just watch the "first look" video which is not made by CA. There have been fan screens of the game on high as well.

There are plenty of non-CA sources for seeing the new graphics, just look around.

i like the new lancer animation, the one in ETW sucked.

that's funny, because it's the same exact animation. why do you think they introduced the hokey double sided lance? so they can use the old spontoon animation. poke poke.

I think it was because it made it easier for officers to recognise regiments from a distance.
The early 19th century saw the gradual change from military uniforms looking good to being more practical.

Wow look at the engagment distances they have now. Kinda cool.

But could be a problem for attacking AI if they linger in the Engagment circle too long without forming up and returning fire.

I'm not saying they look bad. The videos oviously shows better graphics. But I was just commenting that you can't trust the CA pictures. Because we won't have anything like that. I think its a stupid practice myself to do.
