Where best to purchase?

Looking forward to getting Napoleon Total War...but not sure what's the best place to purchase. I like to Mod the games...and will purchasing through Steam be a problem...not overly concerned about saving a couple of dollars...working well and access to Mods the most important...

If you're preordering I would go with the Limited Edition from Amazon because it's 40 dollars (same as standard edition) and you get 15 extra units. If you're going to buy it after release I would still go with Amazon.

it really depends on where you live. try the NTW website, choose your country flag(if not included than bad luck) and see what it says at pre-order.

You can get limited edition in a store for $40 as well-when in doubt be a patron to the stores near you so they don't pack up and leave.

If you want a hardcopy, buy it from your local store or through amazon.com. If you don't care, easiest way is to just download it straight from Steam.

Well, the game has arrived in the post. As anticipated, Steam doesn't allow it to be played, or installed even.
