We will try to keep it as small as possible but I can open other threads when there is need for it.
In the old days of Yats we managed to do more or less everything in a single thread.

We've never done anything in a single thread since the days that YATS was on the now defunct RTR private forums.

we could just put motions, ooc's, etc, back in the YATS board and have the Curia in here.

Granted, that means all the terms are lumped into one thread, but I think it's do-able

I would much rather have a small sub-forum within the RS -Beta forum but i guess we can do what chaplain said.

Anyway, I just got subversion set up so I'm dling the mod now.

YATS has its own usergroup, and we could rig the YATS forums to only be accessible to members of that usergroup. That would allow us to use our old forums but still work confidentially.

I'm for any solution that gets us more room to operate, logistically we can't do this in one or two threads.

As for the ranks, I'll have those out to you in a day or two; I'm waiting on one or two more profiles, and I still haven't heard from everyone with regards to who can run the mod or not.

I may not be a yats member, but when a solution is found i should think it should be accesable to all devs/beta testers as I think most of us would be interested in following the progress of of your story along for if nothing else just plain interest
