    eeh guys, eeuhm i really like this game.
    only when defending a settelment unlimited arrows should be in place. so could anybody say how i need to do that. cuz its easy to do that with rome total war and all other total war games (except empire, you know...)
    so... please help me out...
    well i am a total war fan... but i am in great pain right now because the only one i ever really loved doesnt love me ... well if u have some really good total war mods of medieval 2 (kingdoms) and rome total war, please let me hear. but make sure THEY ARENT a ZIP FILE OR A RAR FILE

    I am sorry to disappoint you, but I never heard of such a feature/possibility for M2TW.

    I've always thought about some kind of refilling in the armory
    but that's just an idea - I don't think thats possible or even wanted. You know, just something that came to me when I was outta arrows when defending
    Yea I know the name is terrible, but it's not really finished.

    It was certainly an option in the original Medieval total war - a simple 'click' for no ammunition limits.

    it wouldn't make that much sense. I agree archers should be made way more effective in sieges, but they aren't because they have to fire in that huge arc when standing behind the parapets. btw, can't that be fixed? I wouldn't mind them firing trough the parapets, if that's possible.

    I though that archers had a certain number of arrows set in their ,,config file". What if you just set it from 30 to 200?

    but yea, that wouldn't only work when defending but when attacking too
    Yea I know the name is terrible, but it's not really finished.

    so, they always carry that amount of arrows with them?
    sometimes it would be nice, but if youare playing against elves.... you know what I mean
    but, because I'm almost always palying with elves.... (I think it would be great)

    Its not possible to have unlimited ammunation for archers, you must have a certain amount of arrows. Also the number of arrows each archer has it the same in defence and offence.

    Never heard it was posiblle in any TW game...

    no, unlimited arrows, that's for sure.

    but what is the highest amount for them?

    in all total war games its possible... except empire, but thats because they have hidden their files of sumething. i could always go to the preference map with every game of total war (and again except empire) then put the thing thats called limited_arrows from TRUE to FALSE and there you go, unlimited arrows.... it reallu bugs me cuz it should work for this mod to... all other mods i tried it could be done to. and yes i know that trick to increase the capacity by every unit... but it just takes so long and its boring...

    They'd be porcupined dwarves...and if you use the Arrows Stay sub mod you'll have a health and safety hazard of a battlefield, then you'll have blokes with clip boards dooming all the factions in the game......

    er... just have loads of archers defend the city then if you like them arrows...I'z like sticking any bugger climbing up me walls with me long pointy sticks...er yeah, spears...not arrows.

    I thought for sure in RTW u could just set it to Arcade for custom battles and it would give you unlimited ammunition, no morale penalties and your troops wouldnt get tired.
