can you capture prisoners when you hunt the enemy while they rout like in medieval 2 ? are there plagues and earthquakes and storms ?

From what we know, I do not believe prisoners are making a return, and it really is a shame since that added so much to the immersion of MedII.

Well, they said plagues will have an effect on your army. We don't know about earthquakes and storms.

thats a pity , prisoners of war are a must in games like total war series

well in etw the winter makes mobility decrease for land units-so this is quite possible an addition to spring in egypt

Yeah the ability to parole prisoners and exchange them at peace with some diplomatic ramifications would have been a nice touch.

Unfortunately it's too bad you couldn't capture troops and hostage them for diplomatic reasons.

they obvously had natural disasters in the pipeline fr ETW as there are event messages and pictures for those things happening.
although theres been no mention of it and id say CA would mention it if it were included
