I'm pretty sure there referenced by the .cas models, so you have to find where its referenced at, I don't know how to add new texture to them though, because they don't use descr_model_battle, for making your own use the GIMP photo editing program, use one of the existing ones as a base for your new one with the .dds plugin to save it. And when your done making it save it with the file type .tga.dds

first you have to unpack models_units_textures.pack inside your Rome total war Data/pack folder
you need to use a pack extractor and follow its instructions go to downloads section and then type pak extractor then download it
once using pak extractor a new folder will be created go to data/models_unit/textures of the newly created folder inside pack folder there find the charriot skin you would like to change
you need irfanview to view it then edit it with adobe with nvidia plug-ins or gimp

ok guys that i know and i use it in my skins but this is diferent because it dont have nothing to change in the descr_model_batle how i activate the new skin?i change it only in the textures folder??
