Revolutions in NTW/New Units

We've already seen in other posts by Jack Lusted, that just as in ETW, revolutions can occur and therefore unit rosters will change. I think in fact one screen from the Turkish TW site shows British Republican Foot Guards with bearskin caps. This was pleasing to see...

So my question:
Will there actually be major uniform changes (i.e. color, faction variety) or generic, across the board Republican Guards and those boring conscripts we all loved in ETW? It'd be nice to see a little alternate history play out...

Flags, etc will change, but i dont think you should expect multiple full unit rosters per nation depending on government. Im sure there will be a few "unique" units, and the rest vanilla. That said, im sure they'd love to sell you some via DLC :p
