AI Bug - Gentlemans
Playing as Sweden. From the start of the game Russia has been sending its Gentlemans to my school at Upsala. There is 3 of the at the same position. Every turn they move in a school and then next turn they are back in the same positions. This has been going on for years.

They tried to steal tech and failed, and they "retreated".
However what irks me most is how the hell did Russia get 3 scholars to send to you by 1708!? I barely have two by then.

Like I sayd, this has been going on from the start of the game. Never before I haven't seen this thing happen. Turn after turn, the same thing.
Is it really correct thing for Russian AI to act like this? Doesn't make sense, that they can keep this doing without any penalty or deaths.
