    Default Ridiculously Old Faction Leader

I'm playing as England on the Imperial Campaign, and my faction leader, Roy Richard the Navigator (Richard the Lionhearted in an alternate universe where the Third Crusade never happened), just turned 105. As far as I can tell, he shows no signs of going away any time soon either.

This is my first play through, so I figured that I might as well ask; is this a glitch (105 would be impossibly old for vanilla M2TW) or is it a part of the mod? If it is just a part of the mod, what's the oldest general you have ever heard of in DLV? I'm seriously beginning to suspect that this guy might be immortal.

Wow, that is impressive. I've only managed a Holy Roman Emperor at about 95ish. I think he was also the Navigator, from the massive Adriatic, Mediterranean, Baltic and North Sea fleets, plus the Hanseatic League houses.
I find your Richard's old age especially poignant considering that Richard the Lionhearted died early in battle. How appropriate for him to live to such a ripe old age in different timeline. I'd suggest arranging so his grandson inherits, as his son (if any) must be ancient as well, and would likely die soon after the crowning haha

I was thinking the same thing actually. My Richard personally conquered Ireland, most of England (I think wicked old Prince John took SouthHampton), and is currently overseeing his grandsons in a campaign to pacify the Scots. He's also participated in like 3 crusades (all of which ended before I could get anywhere near the cities in question, hence the "Navigator" title).

I was actually toying with the idea of sending him over to the Americas.

He died going on 15 years ago at the ripe old age of 67. Even his Grandson is a 40 year old father of 5. lol

Now that's old. My oldest king was about 98 and two of his sons had died before him. Played with scotland.

The king in my last game reached 105 as well , his sons died many years before him(though most of my kings normally die between 75 and 80 years old). Not sure if it is true , but I am under the impression that certain improvements (wells? farms?sewers?) increase the possibility of getting very old.

The max age for a family member (king, prince, etc) is 110 years.
It is odd that your king reached that age, but expect that he will die soon.
