Patch issues...

Hello all !!!

I've downloaded all the patches through steam, I haven't installed the DLC unit of the east yet, so I'm still on 1.5 version and I really hate it. I can't stand those overpowered Marathas that screws all your games cause you have to get them right at the start. Is there anyway I can revert back to the 1.3 version, and if so can someone explain me how to do it.

We don't hold the keys to going back and CA won't do you're stuck with the Maranthes like the rest of us.

You might be able to go back to 1.3. To do this you will need the game files that came with the retail dvd's (version 1.0) or the steam game files that are 1.3 or below. Now here's what you do:

Uninstall empire, then turn of the automatic downloading of updates in steam, and install the game with the dvds. This way you get version 1.0 (if your retail dvds are version 1.0 - 1.3, if not then i dont know). Then you must find a way to update to 1.3, so you will have to find the update files somewhere, somehow. But i think its pretty hard to find this.

You can also get a mod. There a ''half-strength Maratha'' mod somewhere i believe.

Since you have the game there is some way to download somewhere that I'm not allowed to say, but this is just a half baked solution, go and download some mod. Darth nowadays is my favorite (strange huh?), what you maybe looking for is in the jedi mod
