Replaying battles
I followed the instructions here to save my battle replay.
http:///www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=276224
But although the battle i made in TATW loads it crashed after a few seconds. That thread looks dead with no posts for 6 months so i will post here.
Has anybody got this to work and any ideas what is the problem. The mod runs with no problems and is the Vanilla version with no other mods and i am using Windows XP.
It would be great to relay some of my epic battles
Update seems you also need a replays folder in you MEII as well as your TATW folder. I copied and pasted it to the TATW folder and got an error message when i tried to save a battle. Has anybody got a battle replay they can post here or send me so i can see if i am doing something wrong.

Re: Replaying battles
Okay tried again same result seemed to run a little longer this time. In the Log file is one called replay_desinc. txt and the message is
REPLAY checker difference at tick 1557!
That does not mean anything to me any advise on what is wrong would be welcome.
Question can i pay my battle replays using the Cinematic Editor?

Re: Replaying battles
The OP is really thorough so just double check the instructions and see if you get it to work.
It seems that some sub mods cause a few problems, so try it with a clean version of Third Age.
If you still don't get it to work you can try the cinematic editor.

Re: Replaying battles
I think that something went wrong with the recording of the battle. It seems that the timeline and the frames do not match well. Try to record another battle and see how that works out. Also try to disable any process that is running on the background. This might mess with the timing. You could use 'gamebooster' for this.
