What is the ideal points or money for a balanced custom battle against other humans?

I like around 30000-40000 mai, partly because it encourages diverse armies with lots of regulars, but are still large, and partly because it seems to correspond about to the 10000-12000 denarii range from Vanilla, which made it somewhat balanced.
