ETW crashed at AI turn

Hi.

I've been playing a french campaign up to 1932 where everything was finally going very smoothly after a painful beginning when all came to an end with a crash to desktop.

I've looked around in every direction. I thought I had some kind of memory constraints but I'm running windows 7 and I got the latest version of the game.

My problem occurs during AI turn where all of the suddden I'm back to windows with a crash on my hands.

Is there anything I can do about it, or I'm totally doomed and I should start some over campaign knowing it will stop before end as well.

Can I try to reload a game a couple of turns older?

Thanks to let me know if it's worth looking or all in Sega's hand.

You can go back a few saves and try it. This game is still bugged. You may have to start a new campaign.

Thanks for the quick answer. I'll try an earlier save and otherwise do another campaign

I do hope CA finds a fix for it.
I spend little time playing due to family and work and going to 1932 took me a couple of months at the rhythm of a couple of turns every few days when I can...
This is particularly painful ><

Have the same problem...
I haven't finished a single campaign yet....
My very first one, as Prussia was very buggy and i stoped playing Empire till the first two patches...
After it i tried out several nations, but it wasn't too much fun, as i had only minimal settings...
than, after i got a new graphic card and ram and the latest patch (i think it was the 5th) was released i started playing empire again, very often and long
first campaign as prussia, i had to stop because the game always crashed during the ai turns, second one maratha, i also had to stop at round 101 because i always got a crash when the moguls had their last turn...
then, again prussia, i always get a crash at round 69, again, when it's maratha's turn, destroying the morguls....
So it seems to me as there is some kind of big mistake with the morgul faction in my game, i really loved my campaign, but it is wuite frustrating starting a new one ever and ever again, almost surely knowing that it will suddenly stop at any turn...
I haven't deleted the savegame yet, it is turn 69, i play as prussia, the moguls do still have 2 regions, and both are besieged by the maraths...so when i finish the turn, and it is the maratha'S turn, the game crashes, no matter what savegame i load...i guess there is also nothing i can do about it, is it ?!?

Try repeatedly pressing the quick save button when the endturn cycle is busy. Fixed a crash for me once, and i could continue my campaign

That doesn't work, i only have one previous save, but thats about turn 60 and even if i load this, it crashes again from turn 69 to 70 - i'll try out your suggestion duffman
