He only returns once, then he's reduced to a picture on your Head of State

Whether you can push him off that, who knows

These conspiracy theories have been disproved but it makes one wonder if he was murdered.

I think i saw on one of the threads in here somewhere that they return once and if they die again they are gone for good i believe

Personally, I hope I can mod it to have them (or maybe other generals) come back more.
Face it, you all know that the opponents cannons will just focus on your general and you'll have nothing but one famous Debuff waiting to happen.
