Hello hello. Well, i'm a bit annoyed that the Mongols are just hanging out in the vicinity of Khiva, refusing to declare war on the Khwarezmians. Anyone know the Console Command to make two factions declare war on each other?

There is none. (Well, it is there, but only when you tell a script to use the console to do this)

But you can give yourself a huge amount of money through the console, cheat your diplomat to the Mongols and offer gold for the "demand attack" thing.

Yes it was. Now they're slightly more aggressive, haven taken present day west Khazakstan, but for some reason they are crossing the sea and dying in droves outside of Azerbaijan and Kutaisi. I edited their behavior to favor aggression over diplomacy, which helped slightly too, and I also increased their kings purse.
