A quick question

I just recently reinstalled SV and am running into a slight issue. Everything installed just fine and I fired up the game, selecting darkages I got to play a custom battle as the saxons.


I could have sworn that the Saxons had units such as "lesser Thengs" and two units of Huscarls, one as bodyguards and then one as a regular unit? In addition my fyrdmen look nothing like I remember them looking (They are now just your standard spear unit).

What is going on, I have installed and uninstalled several times ( both SV and the entire game)


Am I wrong?

basically I have no cynges huscarls, no theng infantry, no lesser thengs, no ceorl, no burwaren, no geburs, no riderheer ( thought my light mounted troops are called "thengs",

I am an idiot, I forgot to install 3.3, I did so...which leads me into another problem. I can't even launch the game I select 'Run as admin' and then execute the 3.3 exe, but as soon as I do the .bat file opens but before it comes up with a prompt it crashes with the error "Launch_SicilianVespers.EXE has stopped working". I am running window's 7 Professional. That is the -only- thing that has changed in my system since the last time I played. I really haven't got a clue.
