Game chrashes with Ottoman Empire

My problems al started when Ottoman Empire declared war against me: When I send a peace treaty my diplomacy screen freezes and I can only shut ETW down by using Task Manager. Also when I do end turn the game freezes also when it is at Ottoman Empire, after 10 - 15 minutes I'm finaly done with end turn (sometimes it never ends). I'm in 1823 so I know there is some delay in AI moves but since my diplomacy screen also doens't work any more I post my problem. My brother also had the same problem with Poland in his game but he had no problems with diplomacy.

My computer specs:

CPU: Intel 2 Core Quad
RAM: 6 GB
HD: 1 TB
Grapich Card: Nvidia GeForce G210 ( I think with 1 Gb memory)
OS: Windows 7 64 bit version

( This is alsmost the double the specs so I don't think this would be the problem )

Answering your question on the other thread, take a look at this part of the guide.

1-) Post your system specs. This is a tremondous help and a necessary information for us to help you out. I wil post my specs.

CPU: P7350
RAM: 4g DDR2 800MHZ (don't need to be that specific)
HD: 320g
Graphics Card: HD 4670m 512mb
monitor/resolution: since it's a notebook I don't know the manufacturer/ 1366*768
OS: Windows 7 64 bit (it needs to be that specific)

I don't know how to do it! Don't fret you can go to Computer and click there with the right button and then click properties in the drop down menu. There you will find the device manager and in that you will find the information.

No can do! go for the run (or for people with 7 and vista the windows menu) and type dxdiag. Run it and please copy only the info shown here!

Its easy.

The thing if the game crashes when you even trade diplomacy with Ottoman is that the game has some corrupt files, it could be the save file itself, so this could be solved if you take a earlier save. or the game files is itself corrupted take a look at the steam and verify the integrity of the game

I'm sorry but I'm a mess with steam, I don't know how to see when a file is corrupted. But is there a part of the game that doesn't have a bug? Because I'm sick off it, I play it on my brothers desktop because the ****** game wouldn't install properly on my laptop. Now it is the second time this problem happens and it is really anoying, my brother had to end his game with France because poland stopped working, now I can't finish my war with France because those Ottomans crash. I'm sorrry but this way I can't enjoy this game...

Game chrashes now from the beginning, plz help me, I've noticed everytime the game chrashes theres a .MDMP file in my steam folder, should I post it here?
