Re: How do you destroy spqr in mod Xd
When u say they have no
money isssues, u couldnt be more right-they start the game with 2 million denarii.
There are many ways of taking rome, but u have to try an isolate their armies an fight them one by one by ambushing for example.
Another way is by using blitz tactics to make them rout early on in a battle so u can chase them down while they are routing and get minmun casualities. One of the best ways to do this is to have a cavalry army where u have 8 ubits of elephants, so that their morale gets affected, as well as ur main army.
Or u could just launch little offensives
go ahead and try.

I like the grammar on above posts.
My first beg would be to lock, but ill kindly answer.
Dont play Carthage.
secondly, if you have to play totally easy campaign, go play vanilla RTW. Might be good choice too.
Third, use multiple armies against Senate. They are designed to be uber. Carthage is not. Do not be surprised your easy campaign got stopped.
MEH!

If you wanted to, build a large legion with an experinced commander and NIGHT FIGHTER. Send spies into Rome, as many as necessary to ensure they will open the gates for you. If it goes as planned, you can attack Rome at night, with only fighting the garrison and hopefully just one other army. After you take Rome its done, cause of the whole capital issue.

Or you can beat them in fair fight, even if you lose a few armies, you're going to grind them down eventually.
