What do you guys think of these guys. I think they are the most real musicians out there right now along with a handful of others, most unforunately from Europe ( Britain and Ireland mostly IMHO ).

I seriously think these guys are musical masters in their generation and they will be remembered for their contribution in the noughties.

Thank you radiohead for bringing us your music.

The first song I learned to play on guitar and my favourite Radiohead song. Great band.

Yep, good band. I think Kid A is their standout , really some standout experimental songs on there. Most people prefer their more conventional 90s stuff though.

I think their most recent album is an absolute masterpiece in every sense of the word. And like Duke said, it is experimental. I like that word a lot when it comes to music.

I doubt you listen to much music with non-english vocals.

Irish vocals. Thats about it. I did say in my opinion. I know there is amazing stuff out there not in English or Irish vocals, italian being another one for me.

What do I think? I think that I have already made a thread about this, in which you posted too.

But anyway, they're one of my favourite bands. And pretty much the only one I can think of whose early work does not appeal to me, while the late does.

Kid A is my favourite as a whole album. But Amnesiac has my favourite songs on it (Whose Army, Like Spinning Plates and Life in a Glasshouse).

I also find it refreshing how they're not stuck up or arrogant. They seem like a bunch of genuine guys who get along pretty well with one another - some of the drama between members in other bands really annoys me. Like the egotrips the Pink Floyd people were on.

Creep was an attempt at grunge, and it sucks compares to their new music it wasn't a milestone in music thats for sure.
    I'd say my favourites are:
    In Rainbows
    Ok Computer
    Kid A
Anything after Pablo Honey is good but these are the stand outs.

Yes! Imo the best on the album, though it's hard to separate because the quality is so consistent. But Nude is my favourite, followed by Jigsaw.

Creep is a seriously terrible song, Pablo Honey is also by far their weakest album overall.

I'm going to chime in with the love of Kid A which is their best album imo. I generally like electronic/ambient stuff so I guess it would be my favourite but the rest of their albums are fantastic too; There There despite not being on Kid A is probably my most loved song of theirs actually. Love the drums in it.

I think the thing they will be remembered for is being able to reinvent themselves and their sound from album to album and doing it successfully.

Prefer Muse but I would happily admit any day that Radiohead are by far objectively the superior band. Started listening to them recently and couldn't help but wonder where they have been all my life, totally blew me away.
