just double click it again.
if that doesn't work, exit and restart steam
if it doesn't work still, go to your steam directory and then delete the clientregistry.blob file
my eternal thanks to the EB team for making R:TW such an epic game, and to TWC and all other modders for pushing the boundaries with each Total War title.
